Upon request, a +/-.0001″ OD tolerances can be achieved for critical applications. In addition to holding extremely tight dimensional tolerance, Banner has the ability to supply surface finish quality to 8 Ra over the entire length of the bar. All of these key attributes yield increases in machine productivity since the resulting product is closest to near net shape, and has the surface finish requirements built in to reduce additional processes down the line.
