Water-Jet Cutting

Banner Commercial offers water-jet cutting services for select grades of plate and sheet materials. Select grades include, but are not limited to; stainless steels, exotic alloys, titanium, and aluminum. We can cut up to 5.00″ (127mm) thick quickly and efficiently in our Warsaw, IN facility. Our water-jet cutting machine delivers superior edge quality, providing near-perfect vertical walls with minimal kerfs for easy fixturing and fast machining. Receiving material in near-net shape reduces supply chain complexity, raw material inventory and improves efficiency through reduced handling and scrap.

Commonly stocked materials in plate and sheet include:

• Titanium: 6AL-4V, 6Al-4V ELI, Commercially Pure grades 1 – 4
• Stainless:  17-4, 17-4 PH, 17-4PH900
• Aluminum: 6061
